A professional mold is achieved on either semi-automatic or automatic machines with an option for upgrading to a double-piston machine that is suitable for particularly stiff or delicate doughs.

A huge choice of weight ranges increases the versatility of these machines, encompassing standard-sized products as well as more bespoke product ranges, the largest machine will mold down to 12g!

Finished in a stylish grey-painted casting or with the option to upgrade to stainless steel panels, the molders are mounted on sturdy feet with drop-down castors for ease of use and movement within the bakery.
