Raumer lamination lines are ideal for small to medium-sized bakeries.

The Raumer machines are designed for the continuous production of puff pastry or similar types of dough. The Raumer systems produce a high product quality with an optimal hourly output; facilitate quick product change-overs and have excellent hygienic specifications.The laminating lines are available in a wide variety of configurations: I, L, U or Z shape but can also provide a customized layout in accordance with the workplace and dimensions needed.
The Raumer system is managed by a Touch Screen control panel to change all parameters and set easily and quickly all programming data.
