Description
GAMI’s enrober is the perfect machine for coating confectionery products, using chocolate substitute or other coatings that do not require tempering. Melt in a bain-marie and mix the shells while maintaining a uniform temperature. The tank, which has a capacity of 45 kg, is equipped with a mixer that keeps the coverage fluid and homogeneous and is built in AISI 304 steel. All temperature controls are carried out using high-precision probes and controlled by a dedicated electronic board. The machine is equipped with a flow stop pedal for dosing the desired quantity of product and a programmable self-start timer. An enrobing system involves the possible combination of the machine with an enrobing trolley complete with diffuser, blower, net beater and tail cutter device. Furthermore, the product flow is adjustable.
